Rafia Irum brings extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of developmental, behavioural, and emotional needs. She works closely with individuals with autism, ADHD, and related challenges, providing structured, individualized support to help build communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills.

She has facilitated social skills groups that promote peer interaction, confidence, and emotional awareness in a supportive setting. Rafia also provides one-to-one sessions tailored to each client’s unique goals, focusing on meaningful and measurable progress.

In addition, she supports both children and adults in areas such as emotional regulation, stress management, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. She collaborates with families and offers parent guidance to ensure consistency and progress across home and community environments.

Rafia’s approach is compassionate, client-centred, and practical. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where individuals feel understood, build confidence, and develop skills that enhance their overall quality of life.
